About Me

Early Influences

I am a photographer and digital artist drawn to the beauties found within nature and architecture. My work focuses on details and textures, capturing often-overlooked moments and pairing them with elements not typically seen together. My work is shaped by observation of landscapes, patterns, and moments that feel both grounded and fleeting.

I started creating digital artwork in 2010, though my connection to art was shaped much earlier. Raised in a deeply creative family, I grew up watching my grandma create large-scale embroidered works and knit intricate patterns. My mother’s side of the family took on interior design, the fashion and jewellery industries, and regularly displayed fabulous forms of self-expression.

These early influences led me to explore those worlds myself and although I carry them with me, my focus and passion settled on photography and art.

Education & Exploration

Growing up in Dubai, I was constantly surrounded by beautiful architecture, designs, and form. The attention to detail in my surroundings was captivating and fuelled my work. During high school, I studied Art as part of my IGCSE curriculum and later pursued Higher Level Art for my International Baccalaureate. It was during my IB years that I discovered my love for digital art.

After graduating high school, I briefly stepped away from art to pursue a degree in Mechanical Engineering and work professionally as an engineer. While this path may seem distant from my artistic practice, it deeply influenced how I think and work — bringing structure, precision, and problem-solving into my creative process.

Where I am Now

Now based in California, USA, I work as a Manufacturing Engineer and continue to develop my artistic practice. Inspired by the landscapes, light, and natural beauty of the west coast, I create work that explores balance, texture, and the subtle relationship between the natural and the abstract.

Through my art, I explore how different elements and colours interact with one another. I aim to create work that plays with colour and contrast, guiding the viewer’s attention to specific areas within each piece. Beneath the surface of every work lies a more subtle image that serves as the foundation for its visual effects. The process of bringing separate photographs together to create new meaning is what continually draws me back to this medium.

I aim to create pieces that invite stillness. Moments to pause, look closer, and connect.
